HOW TOU GET YOUR 867 FROM
BANK HAPOALIM
Log into your Bank Hapoalim website account
Once you are in your account, (in "דף הבית"), scroll down until you reach “הפקת אישורים” and click on it.
Choose: "הזמנת אישור מס שנתי (טופס 867)"
Choose the year you want the form for, then click on "המשך".
And then Click on the “Save” icon to download it to your computer or on the "Print" icon and save it as PDF.
Click on: "אשר"
