"END OF THE YEAR" STATMENT
Visit www.fnx.co.il website and click: "כניסה להפניקס אישי"
Enter your Israeli I.D number and phone number or email. Then click on "שלח קוד".
Enter the code you received and click on "כניסה".
Click on "דוחות ואישורים" and then choose "אישורי מס והצהרות הון".
Choose the policy and then choose the year of the report you want to receive.
Then click on the PDF Icon and download the report to your computer.
