HOW TO PRINT YOUR MACCABI QUARTERLY STATMENTS
Sign in to your Maccabi Online account:
Scroll down on the right side of the screen until you get to – "הגדרות"
Under הגדרות, choose – "חיובים וזיכויים"
Choose the quarterly statements you wish to save. (For the tax return, you need all 4). (Click on הצג דו"ח)
From the top right side of the screen choose to either download to your computer or print the document.
